Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
You are responsible for paying for return shipping costs for any item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the returned goods are faulty and returned within the given timescales, we will reimburse the cost of postage.
Returning an item for a refund is allowed, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be eligible for a refund.
Any damaged glassware requires reporting to us within three working days of delivery and before use.

If your refund is approved, a credit will automatically process to the credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Then, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is visible on your account.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund shows on your statement.

Only items purchased at the regular price may be eligible for a refund. Any items purchased at a reduced sale price, will not be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and will not refund or replace without this.
