Postage in the UK and worldwide

Dispatch time

Any orders placed by 14:00 local time will be dispatched the same working day. If your order arrives after 14:00 we will endeavour to dispatch that same working day, if not it will be dispatched the following working day. Orders received after the cut-off point on a Friday and then Saturday and Sunday, will be dispatched on the next working day, which is normally a Monday but with bank holidays can be Tuesday.

For parcels up to 2 kg

Domestic posting and delivery

All items are packed to minimise the risk of any damage in posting
For all orders sent domestically, we use Royal Mail 48 or Royal Mail 24. Any item sent by either of these methods will be tracked at delivery. No compensation is payable for loss or damage with either service and replacements will not be sent free of charge. ⁕

If you require the peace of mind to cover against loss or damage then we can send your order by either 2nd class or 1st class signed for and your order will be covered for £50 or £100 respectively if lost or damaged *

For added peace of mind and when you need your order in a hurry we will send using RM guaranteed delivery by 1 pm the following working day your order is covered for loss or damage up to £750 *

* All orders must be placed by 14:00 to ensure same-day dispatch, this does not include (Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays)

International postage

If you are placing orders for our products from outside the UK it is your responsibility to check if you can import our goods legally to your country. Dragons Head Shop Ltd will not accept any liability for the confiscation of any goods or offer refunds.

Any import duty or taxes are payable by you the customer and are not the responsibility of Dragons Head Shop Ltd.

The maximum order weight for international deliveries is 2 kg as outlined in the pricing structure. If your order is over 2 kg in weight we reserve the right to split your order into separate consignments and charge additional postage fees.

There are 4 levels of international postage, Europe, World Zone 1, World Zone 2 

We are unable to ship to the following countries: 

USA, Israel, China, Hong Kong, Iceland, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Slovakia, United Arab Emirates, India, Russia, and Iran. 

Europe

This zone comprises the following countries:

World Zone 1

Covers all countries, not defined as being in Europe, World Zone 2 or World Zone 3

World Zone 1 generally covers countries in North America (not the USA), South America, Africa, the Middle East, the Far East and South-East Asia.

World Zone 2

This zone covers the following territories:
