Note to EU CustomersUnder new rules, non EU companies exporting goods to the EU are being asked to collect VAT for the EU on all orders under €150. We are not VAT registered yet in the UK and are trying to find a way to collect your VAT so that you do not get a VAT bill along with any order you place. Currently we have been advised there is nothing we can do other than send our goods DDU or delivery duty unpaid. This will make you the customer liable for any VAT or import duties. We have been assured a solution will be forthcoming "soon"... We just want to be open and honest with you about potential VAT charges that you may face.
The packaging we use to send your orders is; Plastic-Free, Biodegradeable, Sustainable, Recyclable and Climate Neutral.

Hi Peter, I'm sorry you weren't happy with the length of the pipes. There are larger sizes available up to 20 cm. The thickness of the glass is the major contributor to burning the contents, the smaller pipes tend to have thinner walls. If you keep the heatsource on to long you can get burned charred contents. The larger pipes tend to have thicker glass, this is more forgiving on overheating.
