Note to EU Customers

Under new rules, non EU companies exporting goods to the EU are being asked to collect VAT for the EU on all orders under €150. All our products are shipped using Royal Mail, Yodel or DPD. We ship using sustainable packaging and all of our deliveries are carbon neutral

Our orders are shipped daily from our offices or from our warehouse facility. Any order received prior to 2 pm local time (GMT) will be dispatched that day. Any orders received after 2 pm will be shipped the next working day

We take special care in packaging all our products to minimize the chance of breakages in transit. However, most of our items are glass and even with careful packing; items can break in the post. To keep our prices competitive and offer free shipping means the items are not insured for loss or damage. We therefore strongly advise you to choose a shipping option that will cover you for damage or loss.

We ship the majority of of our orders using Royal Mail 24 or 48 parcel service, this service provides tracking only after the parcel has been delivered or an attempt has been made at delivering.
